Afroja Sultana is the Founder and Principal Paralegal of the firm. She is preparing to establish and lead a client-focused paralegal practice, delivering high-quality legal support in accordance with the professional standards promoted by the National Association of Licensed Paralegals (NALP), for which she has applied for membership. In addition to serving members of the public, she has secured contractual work from solicitor firms, providing professional paralegal support and legal assistance across a range of matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Afroja brings more than two decades of legal experience, including over seven years of continuous paralegal practice in the United Kingdom. Since April 2018, she has worked as a Paralegal at Chancery Solicitors, specialising primarily in Immigration Law and Family Law. Throughout her career, she has assisted with complex legal matters by preparing immigration and family law applications, drafting legal documents, witness statements and correspondence, managing case files, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with Home Office, court, and procedural requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before relocating to the United Kingdom, Afroja practised as an Advocate in Bangladesh. She was admitted to the Bangladesh Bar in 2001 and became a member of the Dhaka Bar Association, where she represented clients and handled a wide range of legal matters. This experience provided her with a solid foundation in legal practice, advocacy, and client representation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Afroja holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Bangladesh. Following her move to the UK, she further developed her professional skills by obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, together with qualifications in Business Management and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
